Responsibilities

  • Support lawyers with first-round markups of investment-related NDAs and commercial contracts.
  • Manage document lifecycles, track deadlines, communicate with counterparties, and assist with execution.
  • Collaborate with lawyers and senior paralegals to deliver high-quality client work across fast-moving, high-volume matters.
  • Develop commercial and legal expertise, with opportunities to take ownership of client accounts.

Requirements

  • 0–1+ years of experience, including internship experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in law or equivalent preferred.
  • Organized and efficient, with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines and maintain attention to detail.
  • Clear, concise, and professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, able to take initiative and work independently when needed.
  • Effective collaborator in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Prior exposure to nondisclosure agreements (NDAs).
  • Interest in developing expertise in compliance, contracts, or funds.

  • Expected cash compensation varies by location:
    • Hamilton, NJ: $57,012–$81,099 annually.
    • Seattle, WA: $63,731–$90,640 annually.
    • Sandy, UT: $53,664–$76,328 annually.
  • Final offers may vary based on geography, experience, expertise, and other factors.
