Responsibilities
- Support lawyers with first-round markups of investment-related NDAs and commercial contracts.
- Manage document lifecycles, track deadlines, communicate with counterparties, and assist with execution.
- Collaborate with lawyers and senior paralegals to deliver high-quality client work across fast-moving, high-volume matters.
- Develop commercial and legal expertise, with opportunities to take ownership of client accounts.
Requirements
- 0–1+ years of experience, including internship experience.
- Bachelor's degree in law or equivalent preferred.
- Organized and efficient, with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines and maintain attention to detail.
- Clear, concise, and professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, able to take initiative and work independently when needed.
- Effective collaborator in a fast-paced environment.

- Hamilton, NJ: $57,012–$81,099 annually.
- Seattle, WA: $63,731–$90,640 annually.
