Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy features with a small, distributed team building highly scalable and available services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, product managers, designers, and engineers to build user experiences for developers and end users.
- Write unit, integration, and load tests; conduct thorough code reviews.
- Independently troubleshoot and resolve issues within the team’s domain.
- Build features for internal and customer-facing applications to support seamless integration and customer experience.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of full-stack software engineering experience.
- Strong computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, operating systems, and distributed systems.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle processes and engineering best practices, including testing and DevOps standards.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language, web stack, and framework.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Java frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, or Dropwizard.
- Experience with React or another web development framework.
- Understanding of DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience documenting technical solutions and proposals.
