Software Engineer - Contract
Build and architect AI-powered mortgage software across frontend and backend systems, while mentoring engineers and shaping technical direction. The role requires strong full-stack capability with deep backend experience and residence in Argentina.

Responsibilities
- Contribute directly to the codebase and extend and architect the platform for growth.
- Help establish broad technical vision and initiate its development.
- Own meaningful projects end to end, from design through deployment.
- Collaborate with product, design, and go-to-market teams.
- Mentor engineers and help run the development process.
- Build workflow engines, NLP and image-processing systems, and frontend data visualizations.
Requirements
- Strong full-stack development capabilities with deep backend experience.
- Ability to learn and master new programming languages and technologies.
- Experience mentoring engineers, running a development process, and building a culture emphasizing responsibility, rigor, and collaboration.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Residence in Argentina is mandatory.
Nice to Have
- Residence in Rosario or Buenos Aires.
- Experience in scientific and numerical computing, including NumPy, SciPy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Jupyter.
- Experience with Go, Python, React/TypeScript, Elasticsearch, or Docker.
- Familiarity with machine learning concepts.
