What You’ll Be Doing
- Architect core pieces of our voice AI and automation platform for reliability and scalability to serve 911 centers in critical workflows.
- Raise technical standards, contribute to code review and maintenance processes, and help define engineering excellence.
- Solve hard technical problems across domains: building effective guardrails, optimizing audio pipeline latency, evaluating AI performance, optimizing latency in realtime AI pipelines, building robust analytics solutions, and creating flexible integration solutions with customer systems.
