Responsibilities
- Rapidly iterate on and develop proofs of concept to explore AI integrations into data and marketing workflows.
- Design and develop evaluation and improvement systems that can advance autonomously.
- Expand the capabilities of AI-generated video, including improving the realism of generated humans.
- Experiment with approaches for generating brand assets aligned with a company’s visual identity.
- Architect backend systems and data-processing or machine-learning features end to end.
- Apply generative AI to practical customer and product applications in agentic marketing.
Requirements
- Strong probabilistic and quantitative thinking.
- Strong technical skills in backend architecture or probabilistic systems.
- Creativity and experimentation with large language model applications.
- Product intuition and ability to ground research in customer and product applications.
- Ability to execute projects from concept through completion.
- Intellectual curiosity and motivation to explore the forefront of artificial intelligence.
Nice to Have
- Experience with large language models or artificial intelligence applications.
- Experience with image and video generation.
- Experience designing agentic systems.
Compensation
- $180,000–$400,000 USD per year.
