- Own features end to end, including definition, design, implementation, evaluation, and impact measurement.
- Use modern AI development tools such as Cursor, Codex, and Claude-style assistants.
- Collaborate with product, machine learning, and engineering teams.
- Explore ways to improve software development with AI.
Requirements
- 3+ years of software engineering experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
- Strong software engineering foundation and system design skills.
- Ability to write reliable, durable, maintainable code.
- Proactive problem-solving, rapid learning, and initiative.
- Curiosity, growth mindset, and willingness to expand existing skills.
- Interest in generative AI, agents, and AI-assisted software development.

Compensation and Benefits
- US base salary: $181,000–$222,000.
