Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end quality strategy across the platform and customer-facing delivery, spanning a globally distributed QA team.
- Establish quality governance for regulated financial institutions, including test strategy standards, coverage metrics, release criteria, and audit-ready evidence.
- Own quality-related incident response, including triage, root-cause analysis, prevention, and post-incident communication.
- Strengthen test automation, CI/release gating, and regression coverage for a real-time, high-throughput platform.
- Partner with Professional Services and Post-Sales teams on UAT, structured acceptance testing, and integration validation for bank and enterprise deployments.
- Shape engineering culture and uphold high quality standards across the organization.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software quality.
- 2+ years managing QA or Quality Engineering teams.
- Experience owning quality in a regulated domain such as banking, payments, or fintech.
- Familiarity with audits, UAT, and documented test governance.
- Strong quality engineering mindset covering test automation, CI/CD gating, coverage measurement, manual testing, and exploratory testing.
- Hands-on experience building test automation with Cypress or similar tools.
- Experience building high-performing distributed teams across multiple time zones and cultures.
- Metrics-driven approach with the ability to define and report quality KPIs.
