About the role
What You'll Do
Own the Admin Agent: Define vision, roadmap, and backlog for an agentic admin experience enabling administrators to manage configuration, users, permissions, provisioning, and troubleshooting via natural language and autonomous workflows.
Define agentic identity: Partner with Security to establish authentication, authorization, scoping, governance, and audit for Highspot-built and customer-built agents.
Lead build vs. buy decisions: Evaluate native development versus integrating or procuring third-party agentic solutions; drive recommendations with engineering, security, and leadership stakeholders.
Run the full product lifecycle: Collaborate with customers and stakeholders on roadmap, requirements, and backlog; manage features from discovery to general availability.
Develop deep expertise in Highspot software, customers, identity/security landscape, and agentic market; identify, prioritize, and execute tactical and strategic projects.
Work cross-functionally with executives, security, product marketing, and customer success to align on objectives and communicate plans.
Analyze customer feedback, stakeholder input, usage data, and metrics to shape requirements, identify opportunities, and measure success.
Stay ahead of industry trends in agents, identity, and security; identify R&D opportunities for competitive differentiation.
Your Background
5+ years shipping products as a PM in agile/scrum/kanban environments.
Experience taking ambiguous ideas/data, defining outcomes, and mapping roadmaps/backlogs.
Ability to balance multiple data points and opinions; articulate strategy and roadmap to executives, teams, and customers.
Technical proficiency to collaborate directly with senior engineers on concepts/trade-offs in agents, identity systems, and APIs.
Comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects, reprioritizing frequently, and thriving in high-ambiguity, high-growth environments.
Experience as product owner leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.
Strong communication skills to guide teams through difficult decisions.
Strong quantitative analytics and qualitative user research skills.
Desired Qualifications
Experience building AI or agentic products (LLM-powered features, copilots, assistants, autonomous/agentic workflows).
Experience with identity, authentication, or access management (SSO, SCIM, OAuth/OIDC, RBAC) and/or strong relationships with security teams.
Experience in high-ambiguity environments.
Experience defining strategic roadmaps using user research, customer data, and company initiatives.
Experience in enterprise B2B SaaS, understanding enterprise customer needs and SaaS business mechanics.
Experience in sales/marketing roles or managing products for sales/marketing teams.
