About the role

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the formulation and execution of our GP product strategy
  • Define, articulate, and manage business and technical requirements of new features
  • Work closely with Engineering team to deliver high-quality product features
  • Own operational aspects of product development including UAT coordination, sprint planning support, and product documentation
  • Develop understanding of client use cases and define solutions to automate portfolio company data collection, streamline data extraction, and simplify investor reporting
  • Engage with clients and internal teams to validate solutions and incorporate feedback
  • Build credibility as subject matter expert on GP product suite for Client Services, Sales, and other teams
  • Embrace cutting edge product philosophies and tools, including LLMs and prototyping platforms

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of front or middle office experience at a private equity or private credit GP
  • Fluency with private equity operations, terminology, and workflows across the investment lifecycle
  • Genuine interest in technology and product management
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize complex information and manage competing priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities
  • Collaborative working style

Nice to Haves

  • Prior experience using Chronograph or similar GP portfolio monitoring platforms
  • Prior experience investing in or building tools for enterprise SaaS
  • Familiarity with SQL, APIs, or related technical concepts

Compensation

  • Salary range: $115,000 - $145,000 USD (dependent on experience)
