Build and deploy AI-native tools, workflows, and enablement programs for OpenAI's marketing organization. Drive prototyping, production deployment, training, and cross-functional governance of agent-human systems.

About the role

Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities where AI can improve repeatable marketing tasks, improving the quality, speed, scale, and effectiveness of marketing.
  • Scope ambiguous problems, prioritize opportunities, and drive execution from prototype to production.
  • Design and deploy workflows that combine agents, tools, and human review in production environments.
  • Rapidly prototype and ship using automation platforms, OpenAI's API platform, and Codex.
  • Build and maintain a small set of centrally managed workflows that support critical marketing programs.
  • Develop reusable templates, tooling, and documentation that allow teams to safely self-serve over time.
  • Help operators adopt frontier capabilities through clear documentation, hands-on training, programming, and direct collaboration.
  • Partner with Engineering, IT, Security, Legal, and Privacy to deploy tools and workflows that meet security and compliance expectations.
  • Act as a hands-on project manager and builder, driving cross-functional projects from idea to MVP to scaled adoption.

Requirements

  • Strong product mindset with experience listening, scoping problems, prioritizing work, defining milestones, and driving projects end to end.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity and turning loosely defined opportunities into working systems for technical and non-technical people.
  • Experience building systems integrations, automation platforms, internal tools, or technical workflows.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and clearly explain technical tradeoffs to cross-functional partners.
  • Experience working closely with operators and shipping practical systems quickly.
  • Familiarity with marketing (CRM, lifecycle tooling, analytics, creative tooling, or campaign infrastructure), or excitement to learn.
  • Experience experimenting with and deploying AI-native development tools such as Codex or similar coding agents.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-scrutiny environment where documentation, governance, and change management matter.
  • Ability to drive alignment across functions and ship without needing excessive process.
