About the role
Responsibilities
- Raise the bar on AI output by refining AI-generated video assets, story structure, and motion flow.
- Engineer prompts and workflows to systematically improve output quality at scale.
- Codify creative taste into scalable systems for the team and AI.
- Experiment with emerging AI tools to create compelling video experiences.
Requirements
- Deep expertise with generative models and prompt engineering.
- Excellent visual and motion design taste to identify and fix AI output issues.
- Systems thinking to build templates, frameworks, and workflows.
- AI-native storytelling skills in narrative arcs, pacing, character, and flow.
Nice to Haves
- Strong background in product design, visual design, or motion graphics.
- Experience building node-based workflows in ComfyUI, Fal, or similar tools.
- Prior work in video, film, advertising, or game production.
