Solutions Architect - AI Infrastructure

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers running AI workloads on company infrastructure.
• Own customer onboarding and deployment coordination from post-sale through production readiness.
• Build trusted customer relationships and proactively manage issues, risks, and escalations.
• Partner with engineering and operations to translate customer needs into internal action.
• Build and improve systems for customer onboarding, deployment tracking, escalation management, and account health.
• Convert repetitive manual workflows into streamlined processes, tooling, or automation.
• Define operating cadence, support infrastructure, and service models for technical customer accounts.
• Track billing, contract milestones, renewals, infrastructure commitments, deployment timelines, and customer-specific requirements.
• Coordinate across customers, finance, engineering, and leadership to manage accounts end-to-end.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in customer success, technical account management, operations, or a similar cross-functional role.
• Strong interest in AI, GPU infrastructure, cloud systems, or technical products serving sophisticated customers.
• Comfort working directly with customers and internal technical teams.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, written and verbal communication, and ownership.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and operate flexibly when customer needs require urgency.
• Willingness to build processes from the ground up in a fast-moving environment.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with infrastructure, cloud, DevOps, or enterprise technical products.
• Familiarity with SLAs, support operations, billing, procurement, or contract administration.
• Exposure to AI/ML infrastructure, model training environments, or GPU-based products.
• Experience in startups or high-growth environments.

Compensation

• $200,000–$275,000 cash compensation plus equity incentives.
