Responsibilities
- Review verification submissions for compliance, conduct KYC checks, verify brand legitimacy, and analyze digital footprints to prevent fraud.
- Perform quality assurance on AI-generated decisions and agent-resolved submissions for accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
- Analyze verification processes and appeals to identify patterns, optimize workflows, and mitigate risks.
- Handle escalations for complex verification cases and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues.
- Streamline onboarding, improve compliance enforcement, and align on best practices.
- Maintain process documentation and support team efficiency.
- Provide prompt, high-quality support via email, Slack, and ServiceNow.
- Manage high-volume inquiries, meet SLAs, and balance multiple priorities.
- Monitor onboarding progress, troubleshoot verification issues, and guide internal teams and customers.
- Travel occasionally for project or team meetings as needed.
Requirements
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with strong time management, self-discipline, and communication skills.
- Availability to work Monday through Friday during designated Central Time hours.
- 1–2 years of experience in an operations and customer-facing role with cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong prioritization, workload management, and SLA management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, attention to detail, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Customer-centric, adaptable, collaborative, self-motivated, and receptive to feedback.
Nice-to-haves
- Familiarity with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
- Experience with ServiceNow, Zendesk, Slack, or similar workflow and collaboration platforms.
- Experience conducting KYC checks, verifying brand legitimacy, and analyzing digital footprints.
- Quality assurance experience in process review, improvement, and compliance.
- Project coordination experience and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
