Responsibilities
- Review RCS applications and assess use cases against North American and international carrier regulations to prevent fraud.
- Monitor regulatory changes and provide guidance on onboarding and compliance best practices.
- Handle escalations and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues.
- Perform quality assurance checks on AI-generated and agent-reviewed decisions for accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain and update documentation in alignment with industry standards.
- Provide high-quality customer support through Zendesk, ServiceNow, and Slack.
- Identify inefficiencies and improve workflows and compliance processes.
- Manage high-volume inquiries, prioritize tasks, and consistently meet SLAs.
- Troubleshoot issues, enforce compliance, and take ownership of operational improvements.
Requirements
- Availability to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CT or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM CT.
- Ability to work remotely with strong time management, self-discipline, and reliability.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- 1–2 years of experience in operations and support.
- Ability to apply codes of conduct and best practices to daily work.
- Customer-first mindset and commitment to high-quality support.
- Collaborative, adaptable, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to prioritize workloads in a fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-haves
- Familiarity with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.

- Exposure to compliance-related tasks.
- Basic knowledge of quality assurance and process documentation.
- Familiarity with RCS industry guidelines and best practices in North America.
