Responsibilities
Lead a high-performing team of Sales Managers, Client Partners, and Account Managers, focused on Reddit’s most complex and valuable global partnerships.
Drive global revenue growth by identifying opportunities in both new and existing markets.
Work across internal teams - regional sales, marketing, product, and business development - to ensure partner goals are met and expectations exceeded.
Advise sales and product management regarding market opportunities, sales positioning, use of resources, and strategic planning.
Partner with Marketing to drive new product launches and marketing communications.
Partner with Sales Ops and Finance to develop financial and operating targets and ensure alignment with the strategic plan.
Ensure seamless cross-functional coordination with internal teams to deliver a unified, world-class client experience.
Be a thought leader while contributing to the greater Media & Entertainment vertical strategy.
Required Qualifications
10+ years experience in digital media sales and/or marketing
Team leadership experience
Experience with direct advertiser sales, including negotiations and management of strategic partnerships
Expert in digital media with an emphasis on paid social
Experience navigating complex global organizations and engaging with executive-level Media & Entertainment stakeholders
Experience thinking and acting globally to unlock revenue for Reddit in the US and all major markets
Excellent communication skills and executive presence
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
Experience with both brand and direct-response marketing objectives
Prior startup or high-growth experience preferred, builders wanted!
