About the role

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary point of contact for datacenter infrastructure engagements from purchase order to commissioning.
  • Build executive-level client relationships and manage expectations with status updates.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional teams (IT procurement, engineering, supply chain, construction).
  • Own end-to-end progress reporting, dashboards, milestone trackers, and risk mitigation.
  • Partner with engineering, supply chain, and construction teams on technical specifications and deployment.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews and provide VOC feedback.

Required Qualifications

Experience

  • 10+ years in strategic account management, program management, or client success in data center/infrastructure.
  • Managed complex datacenter projects from procurement to commissioning.
  • Orchestrated matrixed organizations for key clients.
  • Owned senior-level client relationships with high satisfaction.

Domain Knowledge

  • IT procurement, vendor management, hardware/software lifecycle.
  • Datacenter engineering (power, cooling, structural, network).
  • Infrastructure supply chain (lead times, logistics, risks).
  • Construction/commissioning processes (testing, certification).

Skills & Competencies

  • Exceptional organizational skills for multiple workstreams.
  • Outstanding interpersonal/communication skills to influence stakeholders.
  • Executive presence for C-suite presentations.
  • High proficiency in MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, executive dashboards.
  • Analytical mindset for data synthesis.
  • Calm under pressure during disruptions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP, CAPM, or equivalent certification.
  • Experience with hyperscale/colocation clients.
  • EPC contracting exposure.
  • DCIM tools and datacenter frameworks.
  • Technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or delivery management.

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary range: $120,000 – $140,000 per year (depending on experience, skills, location).
