Account Executive
Drives expansion of Payments product with existing customers by owning full sales cycles, building relationships, and collaborating cross-functionally. Requires 4+ years sales/account management experience, ideally in SaaS/fintech, and CRM proficiency.
What You’ll Do
- Build strong relationships with existing customers, helping them unlock the full potential of our Payments product
- Own the full sales cycle - from discovery and demo to negotiation and close
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to provide customer feedback, influence product development, and help shape the future of our offering
- Play a foundational role in scaling a new business motion - bring ideas, test quickly, and help us iterate
What You’ll Bring
- 4+ years of experience in sales, account management, or a customer-facing role, ideally in SaaS or fintech
- Strong relationship-building skills with a genuine customer-first mindset
- Comfort owning a full sales cycle and navigating multiple stakeholders
- Clear, confident communication skills — written, verbal, and presentation
- A growth mindset with a willingness to learn, test, and iterate
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced, in-person environment
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) or similar sales technologies
Compensation
$140,000—$160,000 USD total target cash compensation (TTCC) including base and variable commissions.
