Responsibilities
- Collaborate with CEO and sales team to develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets in commercial surveying and mapping.
- Drive key account growth by expanding platform usage, modifying contracts, and facilitating onboarding.
- Conduct prospecting via cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital outreach to generate leads.
- Practice consultative selling, understanding client needs and tailoring Mach9's geospatial solutions.
- Deliver sales presentations, demos, proposals, and lead negotiations on pricing and contracts.
- Manage sales pipeline in CRM and provide regular reports.
- Gather customer feedback for product, marketing, and sales teams.
- Monitor industry trends, competitors, and provide market intelligence.
Requirements
- 5+ years in B2B SaaS sales or business development, preferably geospatial or related industries.
- Proven track record exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated with strong networking, prospecting, communication, and presentation skills.
- Consultative selling and relationship-building expertise (2+ year client relationships).
- Willingness to travel 50%.
Preferred
- Familiarity with geospatial technology (LiDAR, UAVs, photogrammetry).
- Experience with government contracts/procurement.
- Proficiency in CRM and sales tools.
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
