What You'll Do
Own the GTM Roadmap for Socure’s platform and core product capabilities, translating technical potential into commercial wins by packaging capabilities into scalable multi-vertical solution portfolios.
Drastically reduce time-to-revenue for new capabilities by owning GTM readiness (positioning, packaging, pricing, sales enablement, launch criteria).
Lift win rates in priority verticals (Gaming, Neobanks, Tier 1 Banks) via “Solution-in-a-Box” packages aligned to buyer problems.
Architect and govern value-based pricing frameworks to minimize discounting and capture value.
Increase revenue share from bundled suites and platform components versus legacy checks.
Solution & Portfolio Strategy
Own the Solution Roadmap that bundles components into vertical-specific themes solving high-value problems.
Define multi-year solutions strategy aligned with product and commercial objectives.
Partner with Heads of Core Products and Platform to assemble scalable solutions.
Vertical Solution Architecture
Bundle platform capabilities (onboarding suites, fraud shields) into standardized solution packages for priority verticals.
Create solution blueprints, reference architectures, and configuration patterns to reduce bespoke work.
Refine designs based on win/loss analysis, customer feedback, performance data, and market/regulatory trends.
Pricing Strategy & Value Capture
Design value-based pricing models tied to customer ROI and cost of inaction.
Own the Socure “Price Book” defining packaging, discount guardrails, upsell paths, and economic logic.
Partner with Finance and RevOps to track performance, margins, exceptions, and refine the framework.
Commercial Roadmap & GTM Readiness
Partner with Product Engineering to translate technical milestones into marketable value.
Act as filter between Commercial and Product/Platform leadership, synthesizing market inputs into solution requirements.
Define and improve GTM readiness criteria and commercialization playbook.
Horizontal Tiering & Scale
Design “Good / Better / Best” tiering structures for global scale, reflecting value differences while maintaining operational simplicity.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Partner with executives in Product, Engineering, Commercial, Finance, and Operations.
Provide sellable solution offers today while next-gen solutions are built.
Champion solutions in key customer conversations and strategic deals.
What You Bring
Experience & Background
15+ years in B2B SaaS, with 10+ years in product management, product strategy, or solutions strategy; at least 5+ years at Head of level leading multi-product or multi-vertical portfolios.
Success running commercialization playbook at high-growth SaaS (payments, fintech infrastructure, data/AI platforms), including zero-to-one and scale-out launches.
Deep familiarity with regulated, high-compliance environments (Financial Services, banks, fintech, payments, lending, gaming).
Track record architecting value-based pricing/packaging, owning price books, and improving realized pricing/revenue mix.
Solutions Acumen
Rapid ramp in complex technical environments (ML, data platforms, graph/identity data).
Ability to increase win rates, expand deal sizes, and shift product mix through packaging, pricing, and GTM strategy.
