Salary Range: $300,000—$385,000 USD (actual compensation based on skills, qualifications, and experience). Includes equity (RSUs), ESPP, and comprehensive benefits (healthcare, dental, 401(k) match, PTO, etc.).

Lead the end-to-end Ads Platform product strategy and teams at Reddit, owning Advertiser Platform, Campaign Management, API, and Business Suite to enable scalable advertiser ROI in Reddit's community ecosystem. Requires 10+ years in scaled ad systems and managing large PM organizations.
Lead the Financial Incentives product portfolio at Garner, owning strategy and roadmap for member incentives, payment mechanisms, plan design, and claims platform. Build and mentor a team of PMs while partnering cross-functionally to deliver scalable financial products in healthcare.
