FluidstackAustin, TXOwn global sourcing and supplier negotiations for manufacturing facilities equipment, fit-out, and services to support rapid production ramps. Requires proven experience sourcing capital equipment at scale, building supplier redundancy, and negotiating from should-cost models.

Own the mechanical equipment category (CDUs, chillers, pumps, dry coolers) for Fluidstack's liquid-cooled data centers. Negotiate multi-year supply agreements with OEMs, dual-source platforms, qualify second sources, and coordinate with design/manufacturing to keep procurement off the critical path for massive AI compute buildout.
Own sourcing for networking hardware (switches, routers, DPUs) at massive scale for AI compute clusters. Negotiate OEM agreements on price/lead time/roadmaps, dual-source platforms, align with engineering, and manage transitions without inventory issues.
Lead the build-out of a fleet-wide Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and CMMS system from zero for a rapidly scaling data center operator. Own asset indexing, maintenance standards, program adoption, and data-driven reliability decisions across owned and colo sites.
Technical lead owning network architecture, standards, design reviews, and cross-domain escalations for large-scale AI compute infrastructure. Requires senior authority on very large network estates and fabric-scale decisions.
Lead construction operations for multiple concurrent gigawatt-scale data center sites. Own schedule, cost, quality, and safety; standardize playbooks; drive constructability feedback into design. Requires experience running large industrial/mission-critical projects and holding GCs to aggressive schedules.
