About the role
Responsibilities
Support the planning and execution of internal and external events, hospitality moments, client experiences, gifting programs, and activations.
Maintain clear trackers, timelines, checklists, and project documentation.
Partner with internal teams including Marketing, Creative, GTM, Client Success, Rokt’star experience, EAs, and Hi!Tech.
Support event communications, including drafting updates, reminders, guest details, post-event follow-ups, and internal stakeholder summaries.
Help source and coordinate vendors, venues, gifting items, supplies, and event materials.
Support budget tracking, invoice routing, and expense documentation.
Assist with on-site execution, including setup, guest check-in, troubleshooting, stakeholder support, and post-event pack-down.
Capture learnings after events through feedback, retros, and post-event notes.
Use AI tools thoughtfully to accelerate drafting, planning, research, logistics, and project coordination.
Research vertical based events and opportunities for the Rokt GTM team.
Requirements
Some experience or demonstrated interest in events, hospitality, marketing, employee experience, project coordination, or operations.
Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Bias for action and service mindset.
Ability to manage multiple moving pieces while staying calm under pressure.
Comfort working in Google Workspace, spreadsheets, project trackers, and common event or marketing tools.
AI proficiency.
Willingness to be hands-on during events, including setup, logistics, and on-site support.
Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
Nice-to-Haves
Experience with tools like HubSpot, Splash, Asana, Ramp, or similar platforms.
Compensation & Benefits
Target total compensation ranges from $75,000 - $105,000, including a fixed annual salary of $70,000 - $100,000, an employee equity plan grant, a variable target, and world-class benefits.
