Use AI tools to conduct rapid document reviews, identify key terms and tax provisions, and generate client-facing memos analyzing complex fund structures and investor tax considerations.
Integrate AI agents into workflow management across the full fund lifecycle — entity structuring, UBTI/ECI analysis, tax-exempt and non-U.S. investor vehicles, and portfolio transactions.
Partner with clients to demonstrate how AI-assisted workflows improve accuracy, transparency, and deal velocity.
Work closely with the technology teams to continue to make the fund tax practice even more efficient using AI.
