About the role

Key Responsibilities

Business strategy, analytics and operations, CEO Office

  • Serve as the operational backbone of the CEO Office — ensuring strategy, programs, and cross-functional initiatives are coordinated, tracked, and delivered with impact.
  • Translate strategic priorities into executable plans, defining owners, milestones, and success metrics while keeping the CEO and leadership team aligned and focused.
  • Frame strategic options and recommendations for leadership decisions, ensuring trade-offs, risks, and implications are clearly articulated with advanced analytics, quantitative management models.
  • Leverage AI to accelerate analysis, synthesis, and the creation of repeatable workflows across CEO Office initiatives.
  • Prototype tools, templates, automations, and repeatable analyses to support the business, Company AI transformation and overall scale journey.

Growth Strategy Programs

  • Lead cross-functional growth initiatives from problem definition and planning through execution and measurement, focusing on strategic priorities and execution roll-out.
  • Build business cases, investment-style impact models, and prioritization frameworks to identify and pursue high-leverage growth opportunities.
  • Support international growth readiness (e.g., EU/Japan) by structuring cross-functional workstreams, aligning stakeholders, and tracking progress toward strategic objectives.
  • Provide analysis and recommendations for pricing and packaging initiatives — including segmentation, business cases, rollout plans, and internal enablement — ensuring alignment with overall growth strategy.
  • Own end-to-end project and program management for CEO Office initiatives, tracking owners, milestones, risks, and outcomes.
  • Drive multiple complex, cross-functional workstreams simultaneously while ensuring progress, ownership, and measurable outcomes.

Anything It Takes to support the CEO / Cross-Functional Support

  • Show up as an operator of the CEO Office — ready to take on the unexpected, fill gaps, and do what the business needs.
  • Engage in real-time prioritization conversations with the CEO, Chief of Staff, and COO — flagging trade-offs, surfacing risks, and offering a clear point of view.
  • Bring a company-builder mindset — proactively improving workflows, processes, and execution across the organization.
  • Own the day-to-day operations of the CEO Office as business needs — including logistics, scheduling, administrative coordination, and process management — designing, documenting, and managing end-to-end to ensure smooth execution across all initiatives.
  • Build frameworks, operating rhythms, and accountability structures that scale the CEO Office and Executive Team’s impact.

Requirements

  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree with 2–4 years of experience in top-tier strategy consulting, VC/PE, internal strategy, or Chief-of-Staff–type roles in high-growth B2B SaaS or technology environments.
  • Strong data and analytical skills — able to define metrics, track progress, and translate results into executive-ready insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Financial modeling and investment analysis fluency — able to build business cases, evaluate market opportunities, and translate data into investor- and board-ready materials.
  • Proven program and project management experience — comfortable with agile and lean approaches, designing and owning end-to-end business processes, and keeping complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives on track with measurable outcomes.
  • Hands-on AI fluency — build with an AI-first mindset to accelerate analysis, synthesis, and execution; prototypes lightweight tools, templates, automations, and repeatable workflows to scale CEO Office and growth programs; basic scripting a plus.
