About the role

What You'll Do

  • Lead office expansion from space for 50 to 150 people: coordinate contractors, landlord, and budgets; build out new floors, basement, and storage; get each phase operational (access, security, supplies, logistics).
  • Source and coordinate vendors/suppliers for facilities, services, and supplies; track terms and renewals.
  • Assist on SaaS/tools audit: map stack, flag redundant tools and unused licenses, drive efficiencies.
  • Plan and run company events, from team offsites to holiday party.
  • Handle day-to-day office logistics: supplies, meeting and visitor flow, general team support.
  • Serve as first stop for everyday IT and facilities questions; resolve quick ones and route the rest.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years in operations, workplace/office coordination, or similar all-rounder role at a fast-moving company (or entry-level interest in rapidly earning stripes).
  • Highly organized project manager able to run vendors, budgets, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Hands-on bias for action with genuine comfort in ambiguity and shifting priorities.
  • Excellent communication and service mindset.
  • Willingness and ability to be on-site (in-person role).

  • Salary range: $81,000 - $88,000.
