About the role

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage AI system performance, proactively identifying issues in real-time through dashboards, logs, and alerts, and collaborating with engineering teams to ensure resolution and continuous improvement
  • Partner closely with Support and Solutions to run hypercare efforts on newly implemented clients for each product line
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Solutions to drive audits and project based assignments to ensure healthy AI operations
  • Assist with QAing and monitoring product usage for new product rollouts
  • Drive improvements in customer experience through direct sentiment and feedback collection, partnering with Customer Success to identify and act on recurring client challenges

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Data Analytics or Business Administration
  • An ability to work quickly and accurately to hit daily project targets
  • A curious mind and drive to succeed
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to give and receive feedback
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Willingness to work in person at our office 5 days a week

Bonus

  • Bias towards data-driven decision-making and analytical skills, SQL knowledge is a plus

Compensation

Salary range: $60,000 - $90,000 base, plus equity and comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision (100% covered), 401k, unlimited vacation, fitness stipend, meals, and relocation support.
