Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Account Executives to understand customer requirements and develop customized technical solutions
  • Drive compelling demos and impactful Proof of Values (PoVs) to effectively showcase the value of the CodeRabbit platform
  • Help in responding to security questionnaires
  • Habitually provide feedback and collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to address customer issues with a focus on improving the product experience
  • Stay abreast with industry trends, and emerging technologies in AI-powered development tools and platforms
  • Contribute towards improvement of internal tools and documentation of playbooks, guides and best practices
  • Support transition from pre-sales to post-sales to ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role
  • Passionate and hands on when it comes to helping customers realize success on the CodeRabbit platform
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple customer needs simultaneously
  • Working experience with software development tools and platforms
  • Comfortable working with commandline
  • Knowledge in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP or Azure)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sense of ownership, self-motivation and eagerness to acquire new skills solve new problems
  • Willingness to uplevel the knowledge and skills of your peers through mentorship, trainings and shadowing

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience in container orchestration platforms (e.g., Kubernetes), infrastructure as code (e.g. Terraform), CI/CD tools (e.g. GitHub Actions)

Compensation

  • Approx 175k-185k OTE with base/commission split 70/30
