Responsibilities
Recruiting
Manage full-cycle recruiting for intern and apprentice roles across technical and non-technical functions, including Engineering, Data Science, Finance, Communications, Public Policy, and Legal.
Support international programs in partnership with regional team members across Asia, Europe, and Latin America.
Design function- and region-specific sourcing strategies for university students and early-career talent.
Partner with universities, organizations, and regional vendors to source candidates and manage the recruiting experience.
Ensure a smooth, consistent, and high-quality candidate experience from initial contact through offer close.
Manage requisitions in Greenhouse, including sourcing, tracking, interview coordination, offer extension, and offer letter generation.
Partner with hiring managers on role strategy and competitive hiring approaches; facilitate interviewer debriefs.
Plan and host virtual and in-person recruiting events, including information sessions, campus events, and candidate engagement activities.
Advise hiring managers new to intern and apprentice recruiting on best practices, interview design, and expectations.
Work flexible hours as needed to support multiple regions and program timelines.
Program Support
Build community with incoming intern and apprentice cohorts through pre-onboarding touchpoints and cohort engagement.
Participate in kickoff and orientation events.
Facilitate group check-ins for US program cohorts and surface concerns to program leadership.
Serve as a resource for interns and apprentices throughout their programs, triaging questions and connecting participants with appropriate support.
Support the full-time conversion process and communicate decisions to interns.
Attend and support early-career programming events, including speaker series, learning and development workshops, and social events.
Requirements
6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in university recruiting or early-career talent.
Experience recruiting across technical functions such as engineering and data science, as well as non-technical functions and graduate-level roles.
Experience working across multiple regions, including APAC, EMEA, and LATAM.
Experience supporting internship or apprenticeship programs beyond recruiting, including onboarding logistics, participant communications, or program coordination.
Ability to work effectively across recruiting and program management responsibilities.
Willingness and ability to travel several times per year for in-person programming, campus events, and conferences.
Experience partnering with hiring managers, interviewers, and cross-functional stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions, programs, and regions simultaneously.
Strong relationship-building, communication, interpersonal, facilitation, organizational, and prioritization skills.
Detail-oriented approach with strong ATS hygiene and data management practices.
Experience using data to track and evaluate recruiting success over time.
Willingness to use or learn AI tools and agents to automate repetitive work.
Passion for early-career talent and the Airbnb brand.
Compensation and Benefits
This is a hybrid role with approximately 70% of time dedicated to full-cycle recruiting and 30% to intern and apprentice program support.
US remote eligible; occasional work at an Airbnb office or attendance at offsites may be required as agreed with the manager.
Employees must live in a state where Airbnb, Inc. has a registered entity.
