About the role
Responsibilities
Define and drive the multi-year vision, strategy, and roadmap for Account Intelligence, initially focused on bank account status and ownership verification, with expansion into additional payment instruments and consortium-powered products.
Identify and lead new product opportunities from early customer discovery through launch, adoption, and scale.
Develop a deep understanding of customer workflows, pain points, and alternatives, using those insights to shape product priorities and differentiation.
Partner closely with Engineering and Data Science to translate customer and business needs into clear product requirements, success metrics, and scalable solutions.
Lead cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, Finance, Legal, Privacy, and Operations.
Conduct market and competitive research to identify industry trends, emerging technologies, regulatory developments, and new growth opportunities.
Own the business performance of the product, including adoption, pricing, costs, revenue, and profitability.
Communicate complex product, data, and technical concepts in clear, compelling, and easy-to-understand terms.
Drive organizational alignment and secure support for major product investments and long-term initiatives.
Requirements
10+ years of product management experience, with demonstrated ownership of complex products or product portfolios.
Experience defining multi-year product strategies and translating them into actionable roadmaps that deliver measurable customer and business outcomes.
Demonstrated ability to lead products from early-stage development through commercialization and scale.
Strong customer orientation, with experience building direct relationships and using customer insights to guide product decisions.
Experience working closely with Engineering and Data Science on data-intensive, API, platform, or AI/ML-powered products.
Strong analytical and financial acumen, including the ability to use data to prioritize investments, build business cases, and evaluate trade-offs.
Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting product strategy and priorities to executive audiences.
Ability to operate with ownership and urgency in an ambiguous, rapidly evolving environment.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to travel occasionally.
Experience in payments, bank-account verification, fraud, identity, risk, fintech, or financial services.
