Stand up and fit out new offices on the timeline the company's growth demands, from lease to move-in.
Run the vendors, budgets, and operations that keep every site running without the people in it having to think about it.
Build the workplace standards and playbook so the next office opens faster and better than the last.
Partner with People, IT, and Security so a new site is fully operational on day one.
What We're Looking For

You've opened offices in multiple cities or countries and gotten people working in them on a tight timeline.
You've owned workplace or facilities operations across several sites at once.
You manage vendors and budgets hard, and you can show where you took cost out without degrading the experience.
You've built the standards and playbooks that made each new office open faster than the last.
You catch the operational problems in a space before the employees in it do.
You partner cleanly across IT, Security, and People so a site opening never drops between teams.
