Entry-level Electrical Engineer owning full-lifecycle avionics circuit design, integration, testing, and flight support for X-BAT aircraft, with direct senior mentorship. Requires EE degree, strong fundamentals, team experience, and EDA tool proficiency.

What you'll do
- Own a design that directly impacts the X-BAT system and major flight test milestones, with a senior engineer assigned as a direct mentor.
- Full lifecycle ownership: concept, design, verification, integration, flight test, and manufacturing.
- Design efforts include circuit design for embedded systems using analog, digital, power conversion, high-speed, FPGA, MCU, EMI/EMC, etc.
- Perform system integration and verification.
- Conduct environmental test, qualification, and automation.
- Debug, root cause, and drive resolution of issues.
- Design systems for high-reliability, radiation tolerance, aggressive temperature changes, and high magnitude vibration.
Required qualifications
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Strong technical fundamentals.
- Have been part of an engineering team/club.
- Experience with electrical design software such as Altium, KiCAD, etc.
- Ability to obtain a S//SAR level security clearance desired.
