Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and emerging channels.
- Own campaign execution across keywords, audiences, bidding, budgets, copy, creative, landing pages, and conversion tracking.
- Connect performance across the full funnel, from search query and lead through opportunity, pipeline, and revenue.
- Analyze campaign and funnel data, identify performance gaps, and turn insights into actions that improve efficiency and results.
- Write ad copy, develop creative briefs, and partner with designers, writers, developers, freelancers, and other teams.
- Run structured experiments across messaging, audiences, creative, landing pages, offers, and campaign strategies.
- Manage projects from brief through launch, owning timelines, dependencies, quality checks, and follow-through.
- Build AI-powered workflows to automate repetitive work and accelerate campaign execution and iteration.
- Use AI for research, data analysis, reporting, copy development, creative ideation, and campaign optimization.
- Partner with marketing operations and technical teams to improve tracking, attribution, workflows, and data quality.
- Focus on pipeline, revenue, and business outcomes rather than vanity metrics.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or demand generation, ideally in B2B SaaS or a fast-growing startup.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and working knowledge of Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid acquisition channels.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to connect campaign performance to opportunities, pipeline, and revenue.
- Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, attribution, and CRM reporting.
- Practical experience using LLMs and AI tools for creative development, copywriting, research, analysis, and campaign optimization.
- Strong copywriting skills and creative judgment.
- Experience running structured tests across messaging, creative, audiences, landing pages, and campaign strategies.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and cross-functional projects independently.
- Experience managing and collaborating with freelancers, agencies, or external partners.
- Bias toward action, ownership, and follow-through.
- Curiosity and resourcefulness, with a willingness to investigate performance data deeply.
- Ability to automate, simplify, and scale workflows.
- Ability to work five days a week onsite.
