Responsibilities
- Work with customer leadership to identify, quantify, and report value targets for productivity gains and financial impact.
- Ensure seamless operations and delivery for the overall customer program in close partnership with the account team.
- Maintain visibility into playbook implementation, consumption metrics, and value metrics for customer and internal stakeholders.
- Build strong customer relationships and trust through delivery.
- Oversee onboarding and rollout to thousands of engineers, ensuring successful deployment.
- Apply analytical and technical program management skills to support customer executives and teams, particularly with value realization and tracking.
- Build centers of excellence within accounts and empower them through tailored enablement programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.
- Software engineering internship or full-time work experience.
- 3–5 years at a Big Three strategy consulting firm, with a strong background in value targeting and realization, technology strategy, and building and expanding client relationships.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
- Demonstrated ability to learn exceptionally fast.
Nice to Have
- 2+ years of experience at a startup in a customer-facing role.
- Experience as a software engineer, sales engineer, technical account manager, or other technical professional.
- Experience working on complex enterprise teams, especially sourcing and managing account growth.
- Experience founding a startup or working at an early-stage, high-growth startup.
- Competitive, highly ambitious approach and comfort working in high-intensity environments.
