Responsibilities
- Lead multiple rhythms of the operating cadence with Global Sales leaders.
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on collaboration, accountability, and growth.
- Partner with business partners and cross-functional teams to support leadership requests, drive high-impact projects, and align regional deliverables.
- Project-manage senior-level Sales Performance reviews, ensuring accurate data, stakeholder insights, and timely delivery.
- Provide business performance insights and facilitate decision-making.
- Produce recurring and ad hoc executive business updates.
- Deliver localized planning and sales operations activities.
- Drive local implementation and adoption of transformational programs and sales initiatives.
- Identify, plan, and execute initiatives based on local needs.
- Collaborate with Strategic Sales Operations peers to ensure adherence to the defined business planning and operating playbook.
- Partner with sales, finance, HR, systems, marketing, product, and other teams to align strategies and deliver business outcomes.
- Standardize deliverables and operations in close alignment with business partner leadership.
- Travel occasionally for project or team meetings.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in sales operations, sales, or strategy consulting.
- At least 2 years of directly partnering with senior software or technology sales leaders in large sales organizations.
- Proficiency in sales planning and operations, including sales coverage, segmentation, territory planning, sales compensation strategy, and operating rhythms such as MBRs and QBRs.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, influencing, and leadership-alignment skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
