Key Responsibilities
- Solve complex problems in medical document understanding and question-answering using modern NLP and vision methodologies.
- Make data-driven decisions on algorithms and techniques tailored to specific business challenges.
- Work with limited and noisy labeled data, bootstrapping and iterating to improve model output in practical, real-world settings.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize models for scalability and performance in production environments.
- Learn the intricacies of the healthcare domain and evolve into an industry expert over time.

Expertise in NLP and/or Computer Vision: You stay up to date with the latest research and developments in these fast-evolving fields.
Strong Software Engineering Skills: You write clean, production-quality code and are comfortable building scalable solutions.

Salary Range: $180k-$230k+ base salary based on experience level, plus equity, healthcare, unlimited PTO, and more.
