About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop a startup recruiting blog and define its strategy, positioning, and quality bar as a 0-to-1 initiative.
  • Publish high-quality blog content consistently using SEO and AEO research, customer insights, partnerships input, and go-to-market context.
  • Build a publishing strategy for X.com tailored to startup talent leaders and hiring-focused founders, rather than reposting blog content.
  • Collaborate with the Partnerships team on resources for VC talent community activations and engagement campaigns.
  • Own the audience experience across blog, social, and other content formats.
  • Stay close to customers, partnerships, and the startup community to identify valuable topics.

Requirements and Preferred Qualifications

  • Deep interest in and connection to the startup community.
  • Passion for writing regularly and maintaining a high publishing cadence.
  • Interest in answer engine optimization (AEO) and LLM-powered search.
  • Ability to preserve brand voice, tone, quality, and reputation while incorporating SEO and AEO inputs.
  • Comfort owning an audience across multiple content types and channels.
  • Experience with 0-to-1 strategy and resourceful synthesis of customer, search, and partner insights.
  • Willingness to work closely with customers, partnerships teams, and the broader startup community.

Interview Process
