What You’ll Do
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned partners
Proactively identify, forecast, and manage account risk, including the development and execution of mitigation strategies
Clearly communicate partner needs and risk mitigation requirements across internal teams
Maintain a deep understanding of customers’ businesses, market dynamics, and competitive landscape, and surface meaningful insights to leadership
Identify growth opportunities by analyzing product usage, performance trends, and partner needs
Escalate at-risk accounts as needed and execute retention strategies to reinforce satisfaction and loyalty
Lead and coordinate client conversations to drive adoption, performance, retention, and upsell opportunities
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely resolution of escalated issues and a seamless partner experience
Leverage CRM and Client Success tools to track engagement, account health, and retention metrics
What You’ll Bring
3-5 years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or a related role within SaaS or the self-storage industry
Experience with consultative selling and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Strong relationship management skills with a proactive, partner-first mindset
Hands-on experience with Client Success platforms and CRM tools (e.g., Vitally, Gong)
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and operationally disciplined
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess risk and develop proactive solutions
Self-motivated with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
Adaptability to changing priorities, processes, and business needs
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Willingness to travel to client sites and industry events as needed
Property & Casualty license, or willingness to obtain one
Manage a large book of business for performance marketing clients, driving revenue growth through strategy, optimization, and relationship management. Requires 3-5 years of digital performance marketing experience and strong analytical and communication skills.
