About the role

Responsibilities

  • Design and run test-and-learn pipelines for client acquisition in Injury vertical (paid channels, partnerships, outreach).
  • Build and iterate web intake flows for client onboarding.
  • Scope and sequence future verticals: evaluate opportunities, gather data, prioritize roadmap.
  • Own end-to-end initiatives with P&L responsibility, strategy, and operations.

Compensation

  • Base salary: $160,000 - $180,000
