FP&A Manager
The FP&A Manager will build scalable forecasting, reporting, and expense-management processes, with a strong focus on cloud infrastructure, AI costs, vendor spend, and FinOps. The role requires 5+ years of finance experience and strong financial modeling and business-partnering skills.

Responsibilities
- Own forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis for cloud infrastructure, AI-related spend, software, vendors, and other major cost categories.
- Partner with Engineering and infrastructure leaders to understand cloud and AI spending drivers, translate technical consumption into financial forecasts, and improve unit economics and gross margin.
- Develop actionable reporting on infrastructure costs, including trends, cost allocation, unit costs, utilization economics, commitments, and variances.
- Model cloud commitments, reserved capacity, vendor agreements, and other commercial decisions.
- Build and operate a scalable company-wide expense-management process with clear spend visibility, forecasting, and accountability.
- Partner with functional leaders on budgets, forecasts, business cases, and financial performance.
- Support monthly and quarterly reporting, budget-to-actual analysis, variance explanations, forecast updates, and accrual inputs with Accounting.
- Support company-wide planning, headcount forecasting, management reporting, and corporate FP&A.
- Build models and analyses related to efficiency, cost structure, gross margin, and resource allocation.
- Automate reporting, improve source data, and replace manual finance processes with scalable solutions.
- Work cross-functionally with Accounting, Engineering, Procurement, and business leaders to turn financial information into action.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, corporate finance, technology finance, or a related analytical finance role.
- Experience owning budgets, forecasts, budget-to-actual analysis, and financial partnerships with business leaders.
- Experience building or materially improving financial models, planning processes, cost-management processes, or business-partnering cadences.
- Strong communication and business-partnering skills, including explaining financial concepts to non-finance audiences and turning analysis into action.
- Ability to work with large or imperfect datasets and operate effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience analyzing cloud infrastructure, hosting, AI/LLM, or other usage-driven costs.
- Direct FinOps experience.
- Experience with BI tools such as Looker or Tableau.
- Experience with NetSuite and modern FP&A or spend-management platforms.
- Familiarity with FinOps concepts including cost allocation, showback/chargeback, commitments, and cloud cost optimization.
- FinOps Certified Practitioner or similar training.
Compensation
- Annual salary range: $140,000–$170,000.
