About the role
Responsibilities
Partner with plan sales and implementations teams to vet and implement investment options for plans, including cost and asset class coverage analysis.
Coordinate with custody partners to ensure seamless new plan onboarding.
Liaise with Fund and Insurance companies to ensure appropriate processes for making funds available within plans.
Work with 3rd party investment managers and advisors to define onboarding and ongoing requirements.
Ensure investment options are in sync with the respective programs.
Ensure investment performance and fact sheets are updated regularly.
Participate in key quality assurance processes.
Requirements
1+ year of experience in Financial Services or related industry.
Ability to understand the “big picture” and the importance of the team’s role in the overall process.
Excellent communication skills across internal stakeholders and external partner groups.
Passion for learning and applying new concepts, and bridging information where continued process-development is key.
Ability to self-manage around tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment while ensuring the integrity and accuracy of the details.
Strong technical proficiency using Excel and process management tools.
Nice-to-Haves
Intermediate SQL skills.
Previous experience within financial services, with a focus on investment operations and fund implementation.
Compensation
Expected base salary range: $60,000 - $75,000.
Eligible to participate in the Company Bonus Pool.
Eligible to receive new hire equity in the Company.
