About the role

Responsibilities

  • Represent region and team to cross-functional stakeholders and leadership, tracking wins, worries, and blockers with a strong POV
  • Lead a regionally distributed team of territory/market-based Supply Managers responsible for retaining Experience Hosts and expanding availability, driving GMV growth
  • Deliver the right mix of Experience supply across markets at appropriate quality and pricing levels
  • Set strategy for account management and coach hosts through their first 6-12 months on-platform with technical, optimization, and growth best practices
  • Provide regular project and regional updates with actionable feedback to cross-functional leads
  • Develop data and tracking systems ensuring accurate data hygiene; report on performance trends with a solution-oriented mindset
  • Ensure region’s sourced supply meets quality standards aligned to brand vision and cross-functional taste measures

Requirements

  • 12+ years of global field operations experience, including 5+ years managing high-performing teams in fast-scaling, matrixed environments across multiple continents
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience managing small to mid-sized regional teams
  • Deep knowledge of travel, entertainment, pop culture, art, food & beverage, and hospitality trends in the region
  • Proven track record of innovative problem-solving and identifying new opportunities
  • Skilled in delivering for cross-functional teams and fostering trust across creative, technical, and business disciplines
  • Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and organizational systems (e.g., Airtable)
  • Strong accountability for results with proven ability to deliver against KPIs and business targets
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity, pivot quickly, and act as a self-starter
