The Senior Lead of Creative Ops will drive operational excellence for the Growth Creative team, focusing on program management, resourcing, capacity planning, and cross-functional tooling. This role ensures efficient project delivery and continuous improvement of creative processes.
This role will be two fold:
Own P&L and growth strategy for a co-branded credit card program, managing partner relationships, driving customer acquisition, and leading cross-functional execution with marketing, product, and compliance teams.
Serve as the CEO’s right hand on 0-to-1 strategic initiatives including launching new AI products, building outbound sales engines, hiring executives, and leading international expansion.
Owns the master schedule and delivery roadmap for GW-scale data center builds. Leads project controls teams, manages schedules, claims, and risks, and provides schedule intelligence to support executive decisions.
Own and drive growth for a major co-branded credit card program by managing strategic partner relationships, P&L, marketing initiatives, and cross-functional execution to meet business objectives.
Owns all non-engineering, non-GTM, non-design operations including people ops, legal admin, finance, office logistics, and vendor management at a fast-scaling AI startup. Requires 6+ years ops experience with startup scaling track record and strong numbers comfort; hands-on COO-track role in San Francisco.
