About the role
What you'll be working on
Own the post-sale technical relationship, serving as the customer's primary technical advisor from day one
Lead onboarding engagements, guiding new customers through deployment, configuration, and production rollout of TruffleHog
Drive adoption by developing rollout strategies, building internal champions within customer organizations, and helping teams integrate TruffleHog into their existing security workflows
Conduct regular health checks, architecture reviews, and check-ins to ensure customers are realizing full value
Identify and surface expansion opportunities by understanding evolving customer needs and positioning relevant add-on products
Own the technical narrative for renewals, build ROI stories grounded in measurable outcomes and usage data
Troubleshoot technical issues by reviewing configurations, logs, and customer environments
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to advocate for customer needs and feed back product insights
Contribute to customer-facing documentation, knowledge base content, and best practices guides
Build scalable processes and self-serve resources that reduce time-to-value for customers
What we're looking for
BA/BS degree in CS or equivalent
Experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as Solutions Engineer, Technical Account Manager, or similar
Experience with scripting languages such as Python
Builds customized AI solutions on Instabase platform post-sales using prompt engineering and Python scripting. Collaborates with customers to integrate APIs/databases, troubleshoot issues, and deliver production-grade implementations for enterprise operations.
