Provides high-quality, multi-brand customer support by email and phone, documents feedback, reports product issues, and represents the customer internally. The role requires strong prioritization, attention to detail, and preferably two years of software support, fintech, or financial services experience.

Responsibilities
- Provide whitelabeled, multi-brand customer support by email and phone.
- Uphold service levels and quality standards across customer interactions.
- Document customer feedback and feature requests.
- Report software bugs and UI issues.
- Bring the voice of the customer to internal roadmaps and projects.
- Contribute to team documentation, product training, and other projects.
- Perform software user testing.
