Staff Engineer - Container Security
Build and scale container security capabilities that orchestrate Zero Trust Segmentation at the application and pod level. The role requires 8+ years developing distributed systems, proficiency in a higher-level language, and strong Kubernetes, networking, and Linux expertise.

Responsibilities
- Build a new way to orchestrate Zero Trust Segmentation at the application and pod level within container ecosystems.
- Enhance modern container platforms and related technologies.
- Own and design critical features and subsystems, including detailed designs and peer design reviews.
- Deliver elegant, scalable, stable, secure, supportable implementations for enterprise infrastructure.
- Mentor junior engineers, new graduates, and interns.
- Work with field teams and key customers to shape the product.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or an equivalent field.
- 8+ years of experience building distributed and scalable software systems.
- Proficiency in at least one higher-level programming language, such as Go, Python, or Java.
- Experience building large, distributed, and scalable software systems.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes and related technologies.
- Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, networking concepts, and debugging.
- General TCP/IP networking knowledge.
- Experience in a Unix/Linux programming environment.
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree.
- Experience with networking and security controls.
- Experience with Istio, OpenShift, AKS, EKS, or GKE.
