Responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships with internal resources, external partners, & client account teams to qualify deals, identify business value, and provide technical guidance.
- Leverage knowledge of a domain or industry to align Superblocks' value to customers’ business and technical problems.
- Immerse in technology landscape, understand competitive technologies, and position Superblocks.
- Conduct discovery meetings to collect, analyze, and document business requirements for solution proposals.
- Deliver hands-on demonstrations, whiteboarding, presentations, and best practices throughout sales cycle.
- Guide customers in digital transformation and cloud adoption, integrating with their architecture.
- Provide post-sales technical guidance to drive customer utilization.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to improve products.
Requirements
- Ability to showcase platform value to customers & prospects.
- Convey customer requirements to internal engineering/product/leadership teams.
- Experience developing software or prior background working with engineers in a technical capacity.
- Stay up to date on technology changes and landscape.
- Experience providing in-person technical demonstrations.
Compensation
$130,000 - $170,000 + commission, equity and benefits.
