About the role

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with customers, engineers, product managers, designers, and stakeholders to shape solutions for real-world challenges
  • Develop key features and workflows for products that improve patient access to medical technologies
  • Use data insights to identify product enhancements, address performance issues, and uncover new opportunities
  • Influence team processes and culture to improve how the team works
  • Explore and adopt new tools and technologies to improve scalability and speed
  • Mentor junior engineers and help them grow
  • Build using agentic AI tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex) and push boundaries of agentic development

Requirements

  • 5+ years as a software engineer working on product domains
  • Full stack proficiency with TypeScript, React, Node.js, GraphQL, PostgreSQL or other relational databases, BigQuery, and Google Cloud services (or equivalent technologies)
  • Strong customer focus and ability to drive impact in a fast-paced environment
  • Curious mindset with eagerness to learn and work with latest technologies
  • Team player who leads with empathy and by example
  • Must have eligible work permit in the USA

  • Experience with AI/agentic development tools and practices
