Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical point of contact for decisions affecting the iOS platform and cross-functional partners.
- Partner with product teams to understand and address technology needs and developer pain points.
- Lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives that improve the platform.
- Use AI to accelerate delivery and improve efficiency for migrations and refactoring while remaining accountable for decisions and deliverables.
- Represent engineers’ needs to leadership and prioritize platform projects that ensure feature quality and a strong developer experience.
- Scale leadership through mentorship, best practices, processes, training, and tools.
- Ensure solid technical plans are in place through direct review or delegation.
Requirements
- Deep expertise building iOS systems at scale with modern frameworks.
- Knowledge of current client architecture trends and best practices.
- Experience delivering large, cross-functional projects across multiple organizations.
- Track record of improving developer velocity and feature quality.
- Strong written and verbal communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to use AI to improve speed and quality in day-to-day workflows.
- Ability to critically evaluate and verify AI-assisted work through testing, source-checking, data validation, and peer review.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience.
Compensation
- Base salary range: $118,938–$244,872 USD.
- Position is also eligible for equity.
- This position is not eligible for relocation assistance.

- The role requires in-office collaboration 1–2 times every 6 months and may be situated anywhere in the country.
