Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications and services with strong performance, security, and scalability.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, data scientists, and engineers to deliver high-quality products.
- Own the full development cycle, including technical design, development, testing, experimentation, analysis, and launch.
- Review code and design documents and provide feedback on product specifications and designs.
- Define standards and recommend best practices to improve developer workflows.
- Coach and mentor engineers and support their professional development.
- Continuously develop technical and non-technical capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative or computer science-related field.
- 5+ years of software engineering experience in a scalable computing environment.
- Ability to own projects end to end, from initial design through deployment and maintenance.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Self-directed, innovative, action-oriented approach in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.

Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary range: $190,000–$267,000 USD.
- Equity in the form of restricted stock units; select positions may also be commission-eligible.
