Responsibilities
- Build the Kinter platform from the ground up, contributing to product discovery, exploration, validation, and complex problem-solving.
- Build the ERP integration layer connecting agents to NetSuite and other enterprise resource planning systems, including authentication, data mapping, OCR, and production edge cases.
- Work directly with customers and finance teams to understand ERP configurations and translate them into reliable data for agents.
- Work across the stack, including backend services, data systems, and product experiences that surface actionable intelligence.
- Own problems end to end, from investigating API behavior through shipping, monitoring, debugging, and iteration.
- Define patterns for integrating new data sources and enterprise systems.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, leadership, designers, and customers in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment.
Requirements
- Experience building web applications and services with Node.js, TypeScript, and React.
- Ability to work across frontend and backend systems.
- Experience integrating third-party APIs, ideally ERP or financial systems such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, Sage, Oracle Fusion, or SAP.
- Strong problem-solving skills, including diagnosing incomplete information, handling ambiguity, and building resilient systems around unreliable endpoints.
- Generalist, self-starting approach with ownership of features from idea through production.
- Strong collaboration and knowledge-sharing skills.
- Experience deploying, testing, monitoring, and debugging production systems.
- Understanding of reliability and observability practices.
- Organization and prioritization skills suited to a startup environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience with complex third-party APIs in payments, banking, CRM, or related domains.
- Experience with accounting data and workflows, including charts of accounts and journal entries.
- Experience with OCR and AI-agent data workflows.
